1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and the service provider ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using our services, including but not limited to the Ticket Link Generator, Email Scraper, Real Address Generator, and any associated APIs or websites (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease use of the Services.

2. Nature of Services & Critical Disclaimers

2.1 Automation Tool Provider Only

The Company provides software automation tools ("SaaS"). We are not a ticket broker, ticket agency, official reseller, or email service provider. We do not sell, own, or fulfill tickets.

2.2 No Affiliation

We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any Premier League football club, sporting organization, ticket platform, or email provider (e.g., Gmail, Outlook). All product and company names are trademarks™ or registered® trademarks of their respective holders. Use of them does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by them.

2.3 User Responsibility & Risk Assumption

You acknowledge that using automation tools to access third-party platforms (e.g., ticket portals, email servers) may violate the Terms of Service of those third parties. You assume full responsibility for complying with all third-party terms. The Company is not responsible for any account suspensions, bans, legal actions, or damages you incur from third parties as a result of using our Services.

3. Authorization & Limited Agency

To provide the Services, we require access to certain third-party accounts via credentials you provide. By submitting credentials (e.g., email/password, IMAP details), you grant us specific, limited authority to act as your agent for the sole purpose of:

• Ticket Services: Logging into your specified club membership accounts to retrieve digital assets and generate access links.
• Email Scraper: Accessing your specified email accounts via IMAP/POP3 to retrieve data requests initiated by you.

Warranty of Authority: You warrant that you are the lawful owner of these accounts or have explicit, written permission from the owner to authorize this access. You agree to indemnify us fully against any claims arising from unauthorized access to accounts you provide.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Services for:

• Fraudulent activities, including using stolen credit cards or identity theft.
• Generating fake addresses for illegal purposes (e.g., evasion of law, fraud).
• Spamming, phishing, or harassment via the Email Scraper.
• Reselling tickets in violation of local laws (e.g., UK anti-touting laws).
• Overloading or attacking our infrastructure or third-party systems.

Zero Tolerance: We reserve the right to terminate accounts immediately without refund if we suspect illegal or malicious activity.

5. Limitation of Liability

Please read this section carefully.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including without limitation damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the use of, or inability to use, the Services.

Cap on Liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us during the three (3) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from:

• Your use of and access to the Services;
• Your violation of any term of these Terms;
• Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, property, or privacy right;
• Your violation of any third-party platform's Terms of Service;
• Any claim that your use of the Services caused damage to a third party.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of our company's jurisdiction, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Exclusive Venue: Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the courts of our company's jurisdiction.
