1.1 Definitions

• “Company” means Arlos Investments LTD.
• “Services” means our Captcha API, Real Address Generator, and Ticket-Generation service.
• “You” means any user or subscriber of our Services.

1.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.

1.3 Authorization & Agency

By providing your platform credentials and using our Ticket-Generation service, you expressly authorize Arlos Investments LTD to log into the specified ticketing platform(s), retrieve your digital tickets, and deliver secure download links on your behalf. You confirm you are the lawful account holder or have permission from the account holder to grant this access.

1.4 Acceptable Use

• You may use the Services only as expressly permitted here and for lawful purposes.
• Prohibited actions include reverse-engineering, scraping beyond public APIs, malicious use, or any activity violating a third party’s terms.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that abuses the Services.

1.5 Fees & Payment

All fees are listed on our website, payable in advance, and non-refundable except as stated below.

1.6 Intellectual Property

All software, documentation, trademarks, and content remain our exclusive property. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the Services.

1.7 DMCA & Take-Down Procedure

If you believe your copyrighted work was used unlawfully, please send a notice to our designated agent at [email protected]. Include all required DMCA elements.

1.8 Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Services or your violation of these Terms.

1.9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

1.10 Governing Law & Arbitration

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Any disputes shall first go to binding arbitration in Tel Aviv under the Israeli Arbitration Law, with a waiver of class-action rights.

2. Refund Policy

• Eligibility: You may request a refund if the Service experienced downtime exceeding 1% in any month, or if we bill you in error.
• Process: Email [email protected] within 30 days of the issue with your order reference and description.
• Resolution: Approved refunds will be issued within 30 days to your original payment method.

3. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and comply with GDPR, CCPA, and related data-protection laws.

3.1 Information We Collect

• Usage Data: API request logs, IP addresses, timestamps.

Our Ticket-Generation service logs into supported ticketing platforms using your credentials, retrieves your digital tickets, and provides you with secure download links. We act solely on your clear, written instructions and do not purchase tickets on your behalf.

We may update these policies from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
